Group Sessions
Small group training allows similar benefits of focused attention and professional assessment as personal training, but expenses are shared between several participants. Another benefit of group training is the ability to incorporate small sided games to increase tactical awareness and decision making. Special attention will be placed on technical abilities and small group tactics. Every session will be planned and tailored to the group's needs.
Small group training usually consists of 3-6 players per trainer.
Through focused corrections and repetition, players will prepare for that game-changing moment and will have the confidence to be successful.
Specific themes from the list below will be chosen to design a curriculum focused on the group's needs. Special attention will be given to group dynamic and tactical decision making.
