Team Clinics
Having a trainer observe or run a team practice can improve your team's game strategy, practice routine and overall cohesiveness. They will give your team an outside, professional evaluation of your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
Trainers are willing to host functional training sessions for segmented groups as well as sessions for the entire team. Whether you plan to change formations, learn a new style of play, or need someone to run a session for you, team clinics may be the ideal solution for a trainer to make an impact on your team.
Team clinics generally last 90-120 minutes and include up to a 25 man roster.
Specific themes from the list below will be chosen to design a curriculum focused on the team's needs. Special attention will be given to group dynamic, tactical decision making, and team shape (based on the coach's formation).
Technical: receiving, passing, dribbling, shooting, shielding, heading, finishing, moves and footwork
Tactical: position responsibilities, offensive positioning, defensive positioning, decision making, soccer intelligence, field vision, anticipation and creativity
Physical: fitness, endurance, speed, balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, quickness, agility and explosiveness
Mental: discipline, confidence, handling failure, concentration, assertiveness, and communication
